Action Statement: Time
- · More teachers employed to allow for time release. This would mean less teaching (a reduction in teaching loads), more planning / learning time.
- · Timetabling to allow for collaboration between or within curriculum teams. A specific timetabled time to be used for PD development.
- · Working within current constraints, we could downsize the current amount of time spent in meetings and use some of this time as PD. We could use technology to explore some of the information currently disseminated via staff meetings.
